Make plans now to join us at the 2010 Summer Institute in Myrtle Beach. Our Program Council has worked hard to pull together speakers on a variety of topics to help address current matters impacting our industry. Payment reform is a big concern to all of us, and our general sessions are an opportunity to hear current thinking from the National and State standpoint as well as the Health Insurance Payer perspective. In addition, we have a variety of concurrent sessions covering topics including:
RAC from the Provider Side, Medicaid Billing and MIC
Case Management and HIM as well as ICD-10 Preparations
Defined Benefit Plans
Physician Practice Billing
There will also be plenty of opportunity to network with you peers and pick up new information from our sponsors in the Exhibit Hall. And if you are interested in Certification we are offering Testing on Tuesday and study courses during the concurrent sessions. What a great chance to take this step towards being a Fellow in HFMA!
Matrix members (and anyone who would like to join the Matrix) - we will be meeting on Wednesday morning before the sessions begin. Bring your ideas for ways we can continue to support our members and healthcare providers in our State!
